OC Transpo services
Otranspo shows a reviewed fare only with its rider/payment context, source, effective date, check date, and review deadline. Eligibility decisions, bookings, dispatch, emergency procedures, and changing contact numbers remain with the operator.
Ottawa–Gatineau travel
Confirm cross-river service, fares, transfers, and accessibility with both operators. An itinerary may include STO only when the configured routing graph contains current STO data.
Otranspo cannot book or dispatch Para Transpo or STO paratransit and cannot decide eligibility. Use the official handoffs for any adapted-service request.
