Stop impacts: Blair Station stop I relocation (UPDATED)
Timing not published by the operatorOctober 10 2025 - Updated on Friday, February 27, 2026 From 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 14 and continuing throughfall 2026* , stop I at Blair Station will be temporarily closed. This closure is due to construction work being performed on the north bus platform, as part of the Blair Station Elevator Replacement Project . Impacts Service for routes 12, 15, 23, 24, 26, 39, N39, and 42 will be relocated two stops east to stop G during the work period. No pedestrian access to north bus platform from the west side of the station. Use the accessible walkway along north platform East. No impact to north bus platform elevator or stairs What else to expect Customers should expect a heavier presence of construction activity along the pedestrian walkway at the station. Starting March 2, 2026, part of the north bus platform and the lower level east doors will be closed for several months to allow work on the new elevator system. Customers will use the adjacent south doors to access stops F, G, and H using a temporary platform installed next to the existing platform. This will not affect the stop locations or service. Other minor impacts to platforms and walkways on certain workdays may occur. Construction crews and flaggers will guide customers as required. *Date to-be-confirmed Please allow extra time for your travels. --> Affected stops Bus Stop (560#) not in use Routes Alternate Stop #3027 -- Blair I 12 Tunney's Pasture 15 Parliament 23 Rothwell Heights & Blair 24 Chapel Hill 26 Pineview 39 Millennium 39 Blair & N Rideau 42 Hurdman #3027 -- Blair G Stop relocation map

Reliability evidence by published route cohort
This public route groups more than one official schedule record. Percentiles and observed weekday sets cannot be safely merged from published aggregates, so each matching evidence cohort remains separate.

Provisional results, published evidence
When is this route reliable?
Every hour below is backed by this route’s settled arrivals. “On time” means no more than five minutes early or late, so a bus that leaves very early counts as a failure for the waiting rider.

Patterns by hour (0)
Not enough arrivals yet to split this route by hour.
No repeated pattern below 70% is yet established across at least three service days.
Scheduled bus, but not observed in realtime
105 / 166 scheduled trips published at least one position across 5 service days (63.3%).
This is not a confirmed no-show. A missing position can mean a cancelled or missed bus, but it can also mean an unassigned trip ID or an operator-feed gap. Otranspo publishes the gap because it matters to riders while keeping the conclusion honest.
Method: last prediction within ten minutes of each arrival; one arrival per trip, stop and service date. Trip coverage: GTFS schedule compared with any GTFS-RT position carrying the same trip and local service date. Sources and limitations.

What is being shown
The current public route group, its published schedule variants and stop patterns, current operations, and matching observed reliability where available.
How it was produced
2 current GTFS route record variants are grouped by operator and public route number. Stop patterns remain tied to their published variant; aggregated reliability records are not merged into an invented percentile.

Limits to keep in mind
- Schedule variants can apply on different dates. A grouped route is not a claim that every pattern operates today.
- Accessibility fields report only what the operator publishes; an unknown value is not confirmation of access.
